Good looking place Heavy make-up I've got shocked from receptionist when i went for booking. I told her that i want to do booking . She siad ( why don't you WhatsApp us instead of coming ? ) Like , you are not welcome. Anyway., i did my hair and makeup there . I got a head burning because the worker eyes was busy with her friends. I got to return back home to correct some make up messes. And i spend more than a suspected time . Totally , i don't hair and make up service. Coffeehouse services was so nice and perfect

Updated on 21-9-2020, the service is still poor. No booking system. The don’t respect others time. Their goal is to get as much as they can. The place is well equipped what they need is only automatic booking system and good management. Hope they fix their problems soon. At the moment, I DO NOT RECOMMEND VISITING at all. My Moroccan bath is done by a filipino girl. It was like throwing your Money. I don’t recommend them at all. In addition, they don’t have eyebrows threading service. There are places way better than them in the same District. I came back December 2019. The Moroccan bath has improved they hired a Moroccan women Fatimah. She is good. However, the pedicure was not good and poor quality Manicure.

I made a reservation here I waited more then an three hour after my reservation time even though I arrived before the reservation time and I called the number that they wrote for complaints, it was a wrong number. When I tried to talk to the staff they were very unhelpful and told me that the people who come first are the ones that should be served like making a reservation doesn’t matter to them and the attitude of the receptionist Rawan, who works in the upstairs reception, is so unprofessional talking on the phone while there is a costumer in front of here she is very rude. I would love to give this place ZERO stars because they don’t deserve any.

I Did my hair there and it was Very expensive. The workers are very slow. They use weak and worn out hair straighteners, blow dryers etc. they are very careless they dont work properly, they just want to get the job done, no matter what the end result is. You have to keep on asking them to go over parts of the hair again and again since its not done properly and so on. Not professional at all
