Very helpful place. What ever you lost in haram Or near by can be enquired here.. people here knows multiple languages. Lost and found items displayed there perfectly, its easy to search the lost items. I really appreciate this service. My suggestion: if you people made a app to report lost items it will be more efficient and quick process it will become.

It's so well hidden that there is more chance you finding your lost item than this office. When I was there I saw a mountain of glasses been bagged by someone with no intervention from the guy behind the counter. We lost a pushchair/got stolen which we left near one of the gates to the masjid which meant having to carry our kids around which wasn't easy for us. Sad times we live where there is no fear for stealing from Allah's house.

To be honest, I never saw this Lost and found office. However at the exact site I have prayed a lot and would suggest everyone to pray at least once in this open air area at one side there is Safa /marwa and other side there is mountains. Spell bounding view and incredible echo sound of salah tilawat
