Rooms are comfortable.I booked room of 4 person and get 5 beds room. Room service is good. Have issue with lifts as only 2 lifts in hotel. At good location as it's near to Haram.

Nice hotel lifts working rooms are good but always try to get full capacity room that is no of beds as per no of persons staff is a little bit non cooperative and rude in case of any problem they reffer you to your agent. These are pics for 6 people room

Good clean hotel with free WiFi Internet at the reception only. Around 500 metres from Masjid Al Haram
Nice place near to haram approximately 7 min walk. Cleanness is very bad and cockroach is every where
Very small rooms and washrooms. I had to change 3 rooms during my 7 days of stay due to different reasons. Low maintenance. Mostly booked by agents so if your agent suggest don't go for it.
Decent sized rooms. The house keeping is not so good,Wifi here was worst than 2g speed. Althiugh one good thing to mentiona is it has Spacious lobby,
