Regret to inform you about the rude attitude of pharmacist that today I have been visit there (Mansour Bin Abdulaziz St - Al Hujoon St) at about 20:30 Hours and got upset because of the rude attitude of both pharmacist, kindly I requesting to the management to take necessary action on this. So that it could not be repeat in future as well as patients not to lose his hope from the medical team.

STAY AWAY!! It says 24 hrs but it’s not, I called before coming at 3PM, they confirmed the name of doctor (Anas) on duty, when I got here in high fever, the doctor left, the receptionist could not process the Insurance even though it is approved and they display the name of the insurance (SAICO) on the reception. They just don’t give a **** STAY AWAY.
