I got very bad experience every year, but what can we do we have no options. The cleaning is worst. Very un hygienic. But this time i made an experiment. I took the sheep, Slaughter it and cut it in 4 pieces. And took it to our local butcher shop, he took 80sr for clean it and make it beautiful pieces is we needed it. Masha Allah it was great experiment
