I came with an emergency situation. First they ask for appointment. Even if you get your car inside, minimum five days for checking and I do not know how many day for fixing. I can not say more about customs service with maintenance. Hope are become better one day.
This agency doesn't deserve at all to represent a brand like Mercedes, luxury brands need luxury customer care, the workshop is always busy because simply they have only 2 sites in whole Riyadh and bodywork is only in this workshop. They received my car and didn't communicate their check report to me except after many calls from my side and it took them almost 10 calendar days. The issues with the car doesn't take more than 2 working days by any means, now the car is sleeping there since 25 days and no communication through all this period except when I call the engineer multiple times. I truly started to think of selling the car that I love because in Saudi, unfortunately I have to deal with this agency !
I literally changed my mind for buying a car from there due to the worst customer service behavior I have ever seen in my life. The staff who were supposed to take care of my requests was so rude, underestimated to others and ignorant. If you want a Mercedes car i don't recommend this place at all
Nice.The customer services are not helpful for ladies despite that Mercedces is promoting for \She Mercedces\ in KSA. No Q or waiting numbers just random. I had to wait until the others (men) get done. They don't come to you and ask you if you need any help, they ignore women in general. I had to talk to the guy who works for the bank section in the hall to help me out about the prices and other information about the order. So he had to ask his co-worker to help me. Jafali deals with the bank of Emirates to fund your payments. So you must open an account there in order to facilitate your purchasing through the bank. I have booked for an experimental driving, so I am on the waiting list until they get the car that I have selected.
Mercedes Benz is the world best motor. But you can't trust their sales stuff advise or their knowledge. and The dealer in ksa should literally invest in his employee satisfaction.
