Unprofessional and immature service. After calling/texting so many numbers, finally someone answered and sent an engineer for a field visit before sending a commercial offer for a new elevator. Almost a month now and never heard back and I do all the follow up. High reliability on Whatsapp for communication. This review has nothing to do with their great product reputation, but what products are for with this level of customer service?
