Went on Thursday around 9:00 PM. There was a que but staff were working efficiently. Within 15 minutes I was issued the receipt and identity verification done. After in 10 minutes parked the vehicle in inspection bay designated area . Within 10 minutes inspection finished and vehicle was handed over with fitness certificate printed and stuck on vehicle. Very smooth operation. It deserves credit for efficiency.

Well this might be the first government service in KSA which I'm giving 5 stars!! I went on a Saturday morning for Inspection. I reached there at 7AM. I thought I will be the 1st one on the que Well I was on the main road. The que was very long Working Hours Sunday to Thursday : 7AM to 11PM Friday - Off Saturday - 7AM to 10PM Well my friend, No need to worry, just go easy! It is very simple!! It's like a KFC/ McDonalds Drive through!! Go and wait on the que...The que will 1st go the payment and ID verification counter! Within 1min they will finish everything. You will sit on the car! Next there will be 4-5 (I don't remember\u200d️) inspection counters. You can take any que to any counters. When you enter the inspection area you'll have to give the car to them and they will check everything. You can see all checks on a line on the right or left corners. All checks will finish in less than 5-6mins. They will park your car outside. Take the paper from the exit of your respective counter. AND THAT'S IT!!! Take some water or lite food with you. So you won't get tired!

Poor handling of vehicles at entry gate. They closed the gate around 0900 AM on 18 Mar and kept it closed for long till 0950. Meanwhile, late arriving vehicles started making second row crossing early comers. This kind of attitude & negligence by duty personnel is beyond understanding.
