The outcome of the fixation is good. But they are not transparent when they make me sign the bill for the fixation. At first they will give you a bill to sign saying this is how much it will cost you, then when I came to get my car, "of course after almost two weeks as they took forever to fix" they show me another bill that I didnt see in the beginning saying "yes you only sign on labor cost not the part, and this bill includes part". If I know I would pay this much in total I wouldn't have accepted it in the first place as the quotation I got from BMW is cheaper than them. Overpriced place even more than BMW. Last time to deal with such place.
