This is one of the Nespresso Boutique while you can enjoy the designed place and try their coffees and to buy the machines. The staffs are very friendly and helpful The prices of the shop are same like all nespresso shops in Saudi Arabia and GCC which are expensive comparing with Nespresso in Europe countries that are almost double the prices. Overall Nespresso is recommended as their coffee is considered as great option for making coffee in yours homes and offices.

Today, I have visited Nespresso Boutique shop at Dammam and was really surprised with level of service and behaviour of the staff. One word-professional. I want to thank you Mr. Allan for his behaviour to deal with customers with clarifying all aspects of Nespresso product. Also, I want to notice the shop design and stock-it is just excellent. Now, it will be my destination when will be required to purchase Nespresso product. Thank you again to the Management who arranged this shop and employed professional staff.

Terrible customer service!! They don’t care about the customer and some supplies aren’t available in stores! They said it will be available in one or two weeks and after that I came today and it still not available!!! They do not even have a phone number to call and check before you come to the store, you have to come for nothing and waste your time!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE .

Rude, and poorly trained staff. Harmful to the Nespresso 'premium' brand. We recently bought a Nespresso machine from Extra, and were given a coupon for free capsules at the Boutique (the coupon expires in 10 days). A few days later, we brought the coupon over to the boutique, but were unhappy to find the branch manager (Alan?) informing us they cannot accept the coupon alone and we must bring the original invoice. We were very irritated, as we weren't sure if we had the invoice with us or not. The manager recommended we buy something, go home, look for and find the invoice, and come back again. We said no. He still gave us the capsules, but we won't be returning. Better to buy online, or from Bahrain. Oh, and here's the invoice.
