Let me start with the positive. This clinic clearly has great doctors. Dr. Hesham tended to my pet in an amazing and emphatic way. They clearly love and care for animals in a fantastic manner. However, this place is expensive . If you have a pet that requires regular grooming and care then it can add up. The staff at the reception could definitely use a bit of counseling in customer service. Additionally, the guy at the entrance was not letting everyone in. He seemed to be making decisions arbitrarily. He also didn't seem courteous. Definitely could use an attitude adjustment there. Overall, just know what you're signing up for. If your expectations are set, then you will be pleased with their service.

Never opens on time. Never, ever... ever. Why does the rest of the world have to be on time to work but not here? The vets are fantastic... Found out my cat got bacteria from the wash and shave.

I like the hospitality and greetings. But i am extremely unsatisfied with the experience with my pet parakeet. they don't have the needed medicines and necessities for my bird treatment,the vet didn't seem to care about the well being of the animal as much as he cared about my willingness to pay. and no follow up appointment for a broken leg!. they may do well with cats and dogs. but from the outcome of my last visit, i wouldn't trust them or recommend them like i used to before.

I did spaying for my cat with Dr.hesham it was a bad idea to go to this clinic ,my cat is almost dying now and I don’t know what’s her problem and I kept her with him for 5 days to recover from upper respiratory infection after 1 week of spaying ,I don’t know how she got it ,until now she is weak not eating well ,not playing ,she changed a lot ,she got many problems and I’m not sure if she still can survive all because of this bad clinic ,they took almost 2000 riyal for the whole treatment, it’s very expensive they care about money more than quality of service Update: after consulting with the vet again (post-surgery), he has been cooperative and helpful. He gave appropriate advice when needed and replied quickly to my messages. We can see that the cat is slowly recovering but is taking her time to do so.

All my previous experiences were good enough but last month I took my cat there for a shower and grooming and two weeks later found out he got infected with fungus!!! For these kind of services take your pets somewhere else safe.

I had a great experience with this clinic! I took my cat here to give birth, and the doctor helped her with a cesarean section since she had some complications. The recovery of the cat was fast and easy. They also took care of the kittens until their mother recovered from the anesthesia. I recommend this clinic to anyone looking for professional services.

Tried almost all of vet clinics in Dammam and Khobar areas, Oka is one stop that can do all the needed procedures with reasonable prices. However, waiting time can last for hours
