Used to be the best airlines in its past but now it needs to improve its operations, fleet, professionalism under competent management, fare to be competitive, introduction and maintenance of the new beneficial routes/ destinations and timeliness of its offered services etc. Strong system to control, finish and monitor the corruption is also needed. Most of the people still remember its past golden days and they still want and are hopeful for them to come back again. This is is the same airline who has even helped, some of the presently renowned airlines in their establishment, in its past. Ahhh. If once again uplifted, everybody wud love to travel thru it again. Regarding this booking office, its stairs need to be well illuminated as it is a bit dark and scary to climb up the stairs by the customers with low visibility.
