Enter a sanctuary and respite from your daily strife! Their theme is “rebirth” and this is the place to go to rejuvenate and rebuild yourself mentally and physically. I love the simplicity of the industrial style look, the high ceilings are welcoming and there is a nail spa as well as massage service. The trainers are all very cooperative and sweet, the reception staff are amazing and super friendly. Everyone starts calling you by name, it makes you feel welcome and part of a family. There is room for improvement: the lockers can’t really be called lockers since they lack locks and you can’t even use your own lock because they are missing the latches. There aren’t (currently) any morning classes and there is a limited number of weight machines and no free squat rack, no adductors and abductors machine, and no leg press which are my favorite machines (there is one Smith machine that could probably help with the same muscle groups). Overall, the yoga, pilates, and boxing classes are amazing and the best I have attended in Riyadh, so do give it a go whenever there is an offer going on, as the prices are a little high but are definitely worth it for the experience.
