Seriously learn to answer phone calls. Learn to be efficient. It’s 2021, i could save a lot of time on the journey to drive there if they could just answer their phone. There is no point of carrying an international brand to Saudi Arabia if you don’t wish to keep the quality of the brand Pottery Barns.

If I can give pottery barn kids KSA less than 1 star, I would do that gladly. Poor in-store customer service, lazy employees who are just there to talk and REFUSE to proceed with any return/exchange request. Plus, they are always unaware for the availability of items and just do not care about helping. I do not recommend PBK because of their terrible customer service.

Good quality products and nice showroom with friendly staff. However, not all items available and you can't choose from their website and some items you have to wait for long time if these items are not available. Some items are over priced but they have very good offers on sales seasons. There was a Starbucks cafe inside the showroom but unfortunately it closed

Products are the best although not everything is available and they can not order anything for you from the website.... I hate alshaya company and it's insulting costumer service. If this was anywhere else in the world I would be treated like a queen for the prices I am paying. Instead you get ignorant staff, ambiguous delivery times and NO backup service at all. No disassembly or relocating, no warranty of any kind and no maintenance...just you and your pretty furniture
