Excellent service by the Tissot repair center. I wasn't expecting this much level of customer care. They fixed my watch in just 10 minutes without any long discussion about warranty etc. They just checked my warranty card and did it instantly. This center truly deserving for 5 star. Regards,

Changed battery of my CERTINA DS PODIUM for SR.26.00. it took about 20 minutes. Could not clean smudge on hands because it is part of full service which will cost SAR. 250 according to technician

It seems that they don't have an accurate test equipment. They said it's okay as per their test but I've been observing since I had it serviced by them (April), and it's going 5minutes late every month. Otherwise, they have a good receptionist and service.

They fixed my Tissot watch for free. The place is quiet, average waiting time is less than 20 minutes for on-spot repairs; otherwise you will get an appointment to receive your timepiece. The service centre is located on the 1st floor behind the showroom.
