It took longer time more than the estimated time . The engineer told me 1 hour but it tooks 2 hours waiting. They told me the car will be cleaned inside outside but it was not!! If brought it to a car wash it will more better .

Pricey service and underestimating coordinations between mechanics, engineers and people working in the parts sale office!! They don’t have clear specific language on required parts name and numbers!! Appointment only by phone w we why not using website or apps to allow self-booking..

بشكل عمومي، رحت لعبداللطيف جميل مرتين ، مرة يوم بغيت أشري سيارة وتعاملهم كان سيء لدرجة إني طلعت وشريتها من البازعي أرخص ولو كانت أغلى في البازعي شريتها. المرة الثانية لتغيير كفراتي بعدها بخمس سنوات ، شفت الإعلان وقلت ممتاز عرض كويس ، كلمتهم بالتلفون أتأكد من عمر الكفر ونوعه وتفاصيل أخرى ما ردو علي لين كلمت المهندس مباشرة (الأول حولني على الثاني على الثالث وهكذا ) وكان تعاملهم لا بأس فيه ، قلت أجرب وحجزت موعد وأكد لي الرجال انك ما راح تنتظر دقيقة بتجي بيستقبلونك ويغيرون الكفرات في نفس اللحظة حجزت الموعد يوم السبت الصبح و خرب يوم الجمعة عشان اروح لهم وفي النهاية قالي ما عندنا العرض مع إن الموعد محجوز في الفرع ذلك ومختوم أكلم الرجال ليش كذا يقول باكلمهم وأرجع لك ، و ما صار شي الى اليوم بعدها ب ٣ أسابيع. للأسف اهتمامكم بالعميل ضعيف يخلي الناس اذا مهب مضطر ما يروح لكم.
