The sweets are good, the ice cream is amazing but I can never compare any Hallab store in Lebanon with this branch. The hospitality is literally Zero! You cannot allowed the staff to use the phone while the customers are placing their orders! Literally the staff were chatting and laughing on the phone and not listening to me while I’m ordering. Educate and teach your people ! Very very Bad experience as a Lebanese.

Worst service ever, i called the guy who work there he said wait and he kept using his phone , i ordered and he said go look if we have the one u need , i called him , he kept using his phone when i started getting angry he served me and it was the worst experience ever despite the gd sweet but still in khobar is much better service and hospitality and quality , worst ever , shame
