My rating is based on this office not the airline, every one here is very helpfull and trying the best to solve all challenges passengers have The airlines i have many comments on but this office has best employees when it comes to service or speed

They're still scamming people by booking flights then canceling a week later with no refunds, they'll give you a voucher which you can use to book with them again just so they can cancel your flight again and do the same thing with you. Someone should take legal action against these guys.
Good, but slow service
It was good, but unforetunately last trip is cancelled by them while I did pcr test... and was ready... that makes me didappointed
