A pretty good hotel, very near to the airport. The central atrium feels lavish and the the hotel areas are nicely maintained. The room is big and nice with all necessary amenities. The breakfast is lavish and has many options to choose from (which in typical in Arab region in this category of hotels). A big let down is reception staff - inefficient, no idea what they are doing and cannot understand or speak English! This is unacceptable this being a 5* hotel and that too an airport hotel!

Very nice hotel. Service very good and personel very helpful. As a guest I had to visit the South African Embassy and the hotel arranged one of the vehicles to take me. Today I needed to go to the mall and got exactly the same service. I would recommend this hotel to anybody who needs to stay over in Riyadh any time with great confidence. It is also close to the airport about 5 min.

The pool is men only. they could at least have a daily women's hour. Of course closed for covid at the moment. Very posh -huge gate with guards. Yet, still possible to get a lovely room for a mere 200 sar (60 USD) special on walk in no less. Go Figure. Nice people allowed my friend to leave some things for pick up by someone else. They would get 5 stars but for the pool issue.

Hotel is quite and good. However, one person only in reception created crowed in reception area and nobody answer the telephone including the room service.
