One of the worse if not the worst hospital in the area considering all domentions of cleanliness, support, doctors, parking, staff
like
Very bad service and the staffs are useless, too rude, no help minded and treating very bad, also they don't have any idea of thier job and don't have any information giving wrong information. More over staff always using mobile phone and no time for answer a single inquiry. Treating the patients so badly It is not suitable Hospital for patients
I had an appointment with the osteoporosis doctor , the egyption doctor who left 10 minutes before his shift ends at 12 o’clock and left me with a broken toe without a report to write nor a sick leave even tho he told me go put jabara on your feet and comeback when i went back exactly after 4 minutes after he jist left without any report for me and the staff told me to comeback alon the next shift which is after 4:30pm i meam how bad can this get.
i chose this hospital because my insurance covered my gastric sleeve surgery under Dr. Arif Al Ruwaili. unfortunately my experience has been bad especially that not even once did Dr. Arif meet me. the only time i met him was in the operating room where he introduced himself and told me that he would be operating. he has many lady staff working in his clinic who i honestly think are not helpful. the after care is the worst part because you have to run after the ladies he has assigned to help out the patients. honestly i dont know if they are well trained or allowed by the ministry of health to be giving advises. anyways, i was just sent a diet plan PDF in arabic (although they knew i am a NON ARAB) in that pdf there were only information regarding what to eat and what vitamins was i suppose to take. but there were no clear instructions of the intervals i where we should take our food or not. when i went back for my 10 day follow up at 12 pm the nurse told. me that the dr. had left for surgery and that someone else will be meeting me. when i went in it was just a normal general surgeon who met me. and when i asked about how to take my food as i was having a hard time and that what was the interval he didnt know what to answer and said that i could take it at anytime. I still didn't get any eating plan in english. i had to get a photocopy from them in arabic and ask my arab colleagues to translate for me. the only helpful peraon was the filipino nurse whos name is HELEN. i hope that dr. arif trains his staff well in how to deal with patients for after care because clearly they know nothing anf i hope that he meets his patients in person and not send someone else to take his place.
i booked an appointment at 8pm and they made me wait for 1 hour and still haven't called my name they also called the new ones who come just after me what is the use of appoinment. I ask the nurse twice and she said with a rude voice to wait for the name to be called very dissapointed
Bad hospital specifically pregnancy patients. One of Pakistani Doctor she was not receive call in any emergency. No proper system
Good employer. Another building is built beside the main hospital intended for Outpatient Department (OPD).
