Very clean, great facilities. Lot's of trees, and plants. Good security and little bureaucracy for visitors. They have water slides there too.

The compound is wonderful, with mind-blowing architectural designs, has its own supermarket. The restaurants served different varieties of food. Facilities are excellent.

I visited a friend living here. Attractive, but other compounds in Riyadh had larger residences, kitchebns and better appliances.

Hands down if you’re going to live in the Middle East as an expat this is the place to do it. It honestly feels like a vacation resort, the staff are there to make your stay as comfortable as possible. I almost feel like I don’t need to leave the compound at all, here we can relax and live as if we were back in our home country.

One of the most gorgeous compounds around Riyadh, always clean and immaculate. Have plenty amenities etc., both for small kids, middle age kids, teenagers and Adults. Staff are friendly and helpful all the time.
