I used to go to the vet for the Syrian doctor since I usually takes my cats to him. Months ago, one of my cats started losing weight and became moody with other symptoms. The manager forced me someway to meet the other foreign doctor who speaks English only. He toke his time to check the cat then he said the cat is fine and no issue with Her at all and it’s very normal she lose weight since she’s an aged cat and I should only change the type of food so she can eat. Last week I took my cat to another vet clinic and discovered that she was having an issues in her kidneys and she reached a late stage. In the same day, I had lost my sweet cat after many years of being together, we couldn’t manage to save her life, I really felt that I’ve lost a piece of my heart. I blame the inexpert doctor in the clinic who did ignore all the symptoms which I mentioned and say that is is fine. At that time, I was thinking this is a shelter and it seems they do really care about the animals so they wouldn’t assign a non qualified doctor in the clinic. Now, I blame myself in believing in this shelter and their clinic. There was a time when I had trusted this place but now this is not the case anymore. If they care about the animals they would’ve assign the best doctors ever not anyone who has no enough experience in diagnosing the diseases. For sure I would never go again to treat my pets in this clinic.

Best place to take care of your pet. I took my cat there, they treated so nicely and the staff was so humble. Prices are better as compare to other in the town.

I needed to urgently give my dog away to a proper shelter that will properly take care of him. It was an urgent matter and it was heart breaking for me to give him up. I drove for an hour to reach this place. And they would not even accept him. I explained my situation and said I have to give him up urgently while i was in tears. And they just dismissed me and said go book an appointment. I booked an appointment two days ago. And now i an paying for my dogs boarding waiting for their reply and nothing. I am starting to think that shelter like this does not have proper capacity and are not willing yo help out in urgent matters. Sometimes things happen and thats why shelters are there. To help out in urgent matters. Not tell you to go back home after explaining that there might be a chance that he can end up in the streets. Any how, i booked a handover appointment, and no answer.

Amazing! It is clean and definitely a pet friendly facility. Lots of space for the cats to play. Doctors were so gentle with my cat. Really nice atmosphere.

Very nice shelter with very pleasing staff The only problem is that it is almost impossible to visit them since covid-19 You have to take an appointment and the closest one after 3months!!!
