Everything is fine and with good structure with only problem of having few number of staff serving. Out of 10/12 counters, there are normally two persons serving. Good computerized system and effective delivery services.

I always get my shipments from the US OPENED AND DAMAGED!!! Not to mention the fact that they mess up the value and charge me more than what I actually paid!!! They even charged me for a GIFT they forced me to pay 30 because apparently one of their workers GUESSED the value of my GIFT!!! They have never heard of scanners no they open envelopes and packages by a knife and just enjoy damaging people's stuff. Can't wait for the post service in the US to get back to normal so I don't have to deal with you again.

This people are not doing the service properly. I’m waiting for a consignment to be delivered. Since From the 22nd of this month and this is almost 28... As per their tracking number, I can see that the consignment only want to transit less than 20 km. It’s been almost a week they collected my consignment and not yet given an update in any history or any update And it’s been almost a week there is no update in the consignment history still they are holding my bank documents. I contacted many times regarding the support and even the customer care number is not working. Aramex The unprofessional courier agency which I ever seen....

The most shipping company ever. Delivery man is not responsive n reckless,due to my duty 12H I can't leave my work I ask to reschedule my shipment next day, I took initiative to take off from my work so I can receive it but delivery man said will send it other day. What a joke they deliver as they want or as request of costumer.

Experience was good, First you have to enter your shipment number into the self service kiosk, then you get the token number. Then show this token at the customer service counter to receive your parcel. Also if you want to ship your parcel then you can ship from here very easily.
