Baytoti never disappoints. They have maintained their great taste and this place is a must visit if you are a novice Chinese food lover. Love their beef dishes are worth a try.

Food is delicious place is perfect for family dine big variety of Chinese food. Service is very slow and staff is extremely rude and arrogant. Never saw such arrogant staff before. I will never visit this branch again because of staff and i request to management to take strick action against Filipino staff.
This is a small dine in, delivery, take out place. The food is good and the prices are reasonable if not cheap. I like the Chili Chicken and the Chinese Beef Steak. The orders come with Hot Oil and pickled vegetables. The dine in area is clean and pleasant but not fancy. It's worth a try if you're in the Qurtuba area.
I heard about this wonderful restaurant from my cousin in Jeddah. She told me that Baytotti dishes are delicious and their prices are great. I finally tried the food and its a 10 for me. The shrimp dishes are fresh and not too salty. The Beef and rice are just like delicious homemade food. Surely, I will come again to Baytotti and try more yummy dishes there!
The food is good. I recommend the chicken in chili sauce and the Chinese beef steak.
