Since the saudiazation programme has been implemented, mobile markets seems vacant and looks fail to attract the customers. I think the main reason is they way of behaviour and dealing with customers. The new comers have to work hard to replace the expats vacancies by not just to grab their position and shops but by bringing that old days interest of customers in mobile market.
