Al Habib's BUPA representative has been on a 5 minute break for 1 hour. They didn't update my membership details so the hospital wouldn't accept me, and their rep is nowhere to be found to fix things. The other insurance offices had rep's in them..

No one in the office. No customs support. We have to wait for 15 min to attend us.
One of the worst insurance company in KSA specially when it comes to claims... they reject invoices just because their medical team feels that the treating doctor didn’t follow the line of treatment... even if the treating doctor submits a medical certificate/report... ridiculous!!!!!!!
Garbage company! They will deny EVERYTHING. My doctor found I needed a prescription based upon my blood tests, the company refused to cover the medication I need. I was ordered another blood test yet again for the same issue, this time they refused to pay for the blood test. Needed to do a blood donation to bring down my hemoglobin, denied by the company. Cheap cheap cheap, DO NOT USE THIS AWFUL COMPANY. They seem to know more then doctors and only care about money.
Apparently anything other than routine basic doctor visits become a pain to deal with insurance. So a specialist orders a procedure to be done in order to further treat patient, followed by insurance rejecting basic procedures such as my case endoscopy. No calls made to doctor or myself informing of rejection. After a week of waiting in pain, i call insurance and they casually inform me that my procedure was cancelled because doctor didnt submit reason for endoscopy and or no other mild medicines given. Well exuse me, last i checked a doctor knows when and how to treat patients...i then call my primary doctor and she infors me that unfortunately this type or rejection from BUPA has happened 4 times in week. Listen you can fall over and die and they wouldnt care...its a business above all else. Terrible.
I m choosing 1 star as I cannot comment. Any one expecting a child pls change ur insurance or be ready to pay full cash for the services.BUPA was a gud brand till 2018.Now it does not even offer 10% of service.
The worst health insurance. They don't approve your medical requests. and their employees at the hospital are useless.
Worst office I have ever seen. No time manners, it's nearly 11 in the morning no one in office to serve customers. Better close the branch and start online services.
