Very slow and unqualified staff. They make you wait at every step. Getting approval from insurance through this hospital (even for a minor blood test) is a nightmare as neither doctors nor approval-staff know how to write up the case.

Al-Mishari is no doubt a great blessing for me and my family. We’ve always admired some people in this hospital especially for the Filipinos working like crazy -doing more than what is expected from them, and still welcomes everyone with a smile on their faces. Kudos to Adelaine, Sheryl, other staffs and other Filipino nurses who are always on the go! Great job! If I were to rate my entire hospital experience each time I visit the hospital, I would rate the Pharmacy experience the least - from the moment I hand them the prescription, the waiting time (most of the time they are busy on their phones), and they let you wait as if you have no other things to do. I usually wait for my meds for a minimum of 40 min and most of the time, longer, or worse, after letting me wait, they would instead ask me to buy it in a local pharmacy and just come back for refund. Imagine waiting for so long and that is just what they will tell you?! :) well it is some sort of a reminder, that you are the “patient”, so be patient. I hope they provide beds so those waiting can sleep for a moment, because even when alone (no other patients) or there’s more, it would really require tons of patience and kindness. Second to the last would be the “cashier experience”, where you would have to wait after a long cue as well. I suggest that there should be 3 lines each time instead of one and position people there who are efficient, who avoid unnecessary chit chats. Of course, the best part is always my interaction with my Dr. - Dr Kassem is one of the best doctors in Mishari. He is always ready to serve and interact with his patients with amazing interpersonal skills. Other doctors should learn from him. I hope the hospital would value employees like him and others who really give their best in their work.

Very slow, reception 10 to 15 minutes Pharmacy 15 to 25 minutes Approval you need to print the invoice which they should provide and than start the process of approval. So if you coming this hospital take full day leave from office
