It's big and comfortable , but there is not much help here nor people to help you find what you are looking for so i don't really recommend shoping here unless there is a sale .

Its a big clean store, but then so are others like extra and xcite. They should differentiate themselves on customer service. Went to buy some tech and there was only one person attending the counter who was busy, after waiting for about 10 minutes, left the store, walked down to extra and bought from there - extra also has display for the new iPhone 12, if u would like to actually see and hold the device before making a purchase

I bought a full bedroom from Eddy in Riyadh and a strange type of insect came out from it a couple of months after. Turned out it lives and breeds in the woodboard!!!! The smell of the wood never left the room but the insect was not attracted to the wood, just the wood pieces behind the bed, cabinet, drawers and dresser. Super super disgusting. We called Eddy to come unscrew the items and take it (without refund) but they were not supportive. I do not recommend buying furniture from them at all! (pictures below on bed woodboard under the mattress and the one walking on the floor carrying its baby! Grossssss!!!!)

If you own neqaty points then obviously a good place to spend. Trustworthy shop and good products over here. Bit crowded always and they put offers more often.
