Very disappointed. The lady who cut my hair don't know anything about cutting short hair. The scissors she used was blunt. She did not even cleared the neck hair after she cut my hair to make me look like a male!! That is why they make you pay in advance because there is no way that I would have pay for the way I look. I owe my own hair salon in my home country and know what the standards should be.

Dont even deserve a one star, I tried there home service before it was amazing but my second experience was far from good, the receptionist talks with her mask down, they use the same hair brush for all customers and when she was about to use it on me another customer hair was in the brush They dont know how to wash hair nor how to comb even, i came there with a very healthy hair and i went out with my hair damaged and tangled

The place is not very clean and service is bad another thing is I really dont like the idea that they make you pay before the service. Its just what if you burn my hair or did a very ugly make up on me. I have seen a lot of women complain about the service and scream to get their money back. However, the two stars: for the amazing blow dry!
