I called the posted mobile number two times to ask if the specialist sami , if he is available or not, there was no answer , when i took a trip with my daughter (she needs insoles) the specialist was on leave ; i was surprised by the cold reaction of cashier never apologized for no answering a Customer on a business call nor returning my call as it would save my time getting their and specialist to see my daughter This is not the way to deal with your customers but to lose them
