It is strange. You buy the product in store then you come here to collect. You must give them your receipt. Then you have no receipt!!
Guys working there are very helpful. The roads conditions in and around are very bad, I wonder why these big stores unwilling to spend some amount to fix for buyers convenience or atleast highlight to relevant municipality. Also proper sign boards for direction should be posted.
Rows & rows of storehouses and lines of lorries. A helpful staff carried our heavy item. Take caution with the broken uneven roads.

I have placed an order on 3rd of July and it was supposed to be delivered on 14th of July. I received some the items and 2 items were missing. I called customer service and they have issued a complaint and after calling multiple times each day since then, they have told me to order the items again and they cannot do anything because it was a technical issue. Placing the order again means I have to pay an extra 150 SAR for delivery, the item might not be in stock and I have to wait 2 weeks to be delivered. I have placed 3 orders with more than 4000 SAR of price and this is what I get in return? all my home furniture is from Homebox. Not to mention that the money will take time to be refunded to my card. So I bought a bed and I won't be able to use it for a whole month (initial waiting time 5 days refund time delivery time). Is this my mistake for buying all the furniture from the same place? The worst part is nobody contacted me about the issue, if I didn't contact customer service, it would slide and god knows what would happen. I want to speak with someone who can get my mattress today. If the issue was from my side I would understand but the issue is caused by your side and I have to suffer for it not to mention that the company itself cannot solve it.
