Cooperative staff But very bad experience with product TBE fragrance I bought is totally different than what I tried at the shop by the testers It’s imperial Oud but smells like low quality perfume when I actually used after purchase, tester smells different than perfume what you purchase. I complain about it and they refuse to replace, also the box they gave me was not sealed, they didn’t show me sealed box, they did it in hurry, they should have shown me sealed box when they are making gift packing. Any why all boxes they make gift pack, the bottle never comes as seal packing??? Really I’m disappointed and their customer care are not at all interested to solve the issue, then why they have customers services executives(only for selling???) I will never recommend any one for This brand, they show something and sell something and not at all interested for complains.

أنا لن أتحدث عن العطور أو أنواعها أو مسمياتها في تعليقي هذا ولكن هذه الشركة لها سياسة مزعجه جدا جدا وفيها عدم مصداقيه في البيع وتختلف العطور بين هذا الفرع وبقية نقاط البيع في المولات !!! أنا زبون قديم لمنتجات الشركة وحضرت من أجل أحد العطور وطلبت الشراء فقالت لي الموظفة أنه لايمكن الشراء الا ضمن العرض وامتنعت عن البيع طلبت أحد العطور(١٠٠مل) فرفضت البيع بحجة أنه لايوجد الا حبتين فقط وبإمكاني شرائها ضمن العرض وفي المولات يبعون لك ٥٠مل من نفس العطر بسعر ١٠٠مل !!! بصراحه شئ مزعج جدا جدا ومستفز ولن أشتري من هذه العطور نظرا لسياسة البيع لديهم
