Usually good but annoyingly difficult to find with the road works. The scheduled times are not accurate and the store was closed when Google said it was open. No answer on the number posted on the door

Their products are natural but they got much higher than 5 years ago and the sizes shrunk. The employees are lovely and helpful, and I wished if they gave me more information about the products I bought, for example I didn’t know that the butter container (the metallic one) is sold separately and for 25SRs till she told me the total.
Expensive (hence the missing last star) but has good variety and has good quality. The products range from shampoos to perfumes to body mist to bath related products and the range is very good. The smells are unique and suitable for certain age groups obviously. The place is clean and display is very well organized from the moment you enter.
I only say this place is a haven.
A bit overpriced comparing the international one
It’s superbly designed and taken care of. Awesome staff, very welcoming, and informative. They’re ready to explain for you about everything you want. They don’t get mad of you didn’t like a particular product or so. You can feel they enjoy what they’re doing and engage you with their talk. They offer you a free trial of face washes, hand soaps, and a lot more! Then they leave you to despise freely whether to buy or not to buy, no pressure at all! I loved the store, only one thing I was concerned about. It was their prices! When I asked them why is that the case. They said, VAT and thereafter. All products are genuine! Should ask their recommendations! Happy shopping. Enjoy!

What a fantastic shop! Everything about it is great from the products to the very friendly and nice staff. Haifa was super helpful and made my life a lot easier when choosing what to pick up! 5/5 definitely would recommend.
