This is the only claim center in Riyadh. If you have comprehensive insurance you can scan your case through a machine without having to meet any human staff. There was only one person before me when I went which was right after Dhuhur prayer. Not everybody speaks English here but they might guide you to an English speaker if you request them.

Their service is slow, anb person is not available all the time, they force you to do the repair in their workshops not in agency.
