They don't answer the phone to get a appointment, went there myself to get an appointment they promised to call back next day, Got the call the man who spoke to me asked for the car details, promised to send an SMS with an appointment, which never happened. Finally when I gave up waiting, found an alternative non dealer Garage on Google, had my car serviced in couple of hours with perfect service, half the price and a cup of coffee.

They just care anymore about their clients, They don't answer the phone, spareparts shop closed during working hours, Maintenance appointments waiting time is over one month, what a big failure in representing one of the best brands

Verry bad service don’t ever buy from them
The worst call center that is a wast of the company’s money since they don’t pick up the phone and all the company’s clients complaining about it and the Mercedes itself doesn’t care about it. If they don’t care about the clients or their own money, then why don’t they close already.
