My sincere advice to all: Please never ever hire Naqel Express for your shipment services, especially for house items transfer, they don't value customers' time, their staff is negligent and untrained but very efficient to destroy your stuff right in front of your eyes at the time of loading/ unloading; their supervisors are irresponsible, untrained and extremely very rude. Funnily enough, one of their driver acted as if he owns the company and continuously quarrelled with me at the time of delivery. The worst company I have ever dealt with (if it was possible I wouldn't give them even one star), they destroyed my shipment into pieces while shipping it from Jeddah to Riyadh, I didn’t accept to receive the shipment in damaged condition. I tried to call (for 4 days) their untrained customer service (CS), who would not understand my problem. After 4 exhaustingly long calls to their CS, I finally had a chance to speak to someone from the complaint department, who clearly said that they cannot do anything and this continued for 2 days. At last, I lost hope and asked them deliver all the shipment, even though it is damaged, but one of their operations manager reached out to me on the phone and accepted that they will forward my claim for the damaged shipment to their claim department. I will update this comment after this issue is concluded.

I have two shipments that were supposed to be delivered April 27th. On May 11th, I went to the HQ and spoke with Dhafer. He told me he would contact me in 24-48 hours regarding my issue. On May 14th, I contacted Dhafer via WhatsApp and received no reply. I tried to contact Dhafer on May 20th again and he blocked my phone number. I have received notifications June 1st, June 16th, and today June 30th that my shipment is out for delivery yet has not arrived. By far, the worst customer service I've experienced in any country. I cannot believe this company is still in business after reading so many similar reviews.
