I was there almost 4 months due to my cousin got an accident and serious injuries, I really appreciate Dr. Khalid from Neurologist Dept. and all the Staff there, the way they care about us and treated to my cousin. All of them care like family, Nurses, Doctors especially Saudi Doctors and others staff. 4 Months ago there is no Hope that my cousin will walk but after 4 Months Alhamdulilah he is walking and able to move alone which is second life for him, and it’s all from almighty Allah and the Satff of National Care Hospital. Big Salute for them ️️️

Completely sluggish and a lost team they've made sit on the reception who, first, are not at all receptive in getting your queries and, second, does not listen properly and give out incorrect information. They lack proper training and traits of becoming a front desk officer. I went on Saturday and the OB/GYNE reception area was completely unattended for 2 hours and he had tk vouch to the main reception for our queries. It's just that they have an amazing doctor named Dr Saba Alam in their OB/GYNE otherwise there is very little to mention some pros of our experience with their OB/GYNE dept.

Overall most of the OPD and LAB staff are very helpful. However my experience with the OPD Doctor's assisting nurse leaves a lot to be desired. I have not concluded my business and have to see the OPD Doctor for the prescription but in the end I walked away. It pains to be treated as 2nd class patient
