Like any Saudi Arabian government facility, this place is a pain in the rear. Parking is limited so you may have to park in the street leading up to the Parcel Station. Bring your phone and ID with you. They will want to see the SMS message alerting you to your package arrival. The wait for me was about 30 minutes each time but people have told me they were waiting for two hours. They are open on Saturday from 8:30 AM to 12:30 AM but they close the doors early at around 11:00 AM. I would get there by 10:00 AM on Saturday.
