Car is great but the customer service is bad. Saudi reception is playing mobile games while I was waiting for him to finish so I can rent a car. The time I return the car, he was not in his chair. I waited 15 minutes, he is charging me for additional 2 riyals and he was shouting at me when I asked for what. All I thought I paid in full.
