Amazing place as well as the workers there are very helpful and they have a great knowledge on several fields
PSATRI which is located in the premises of KSU as well as at Business Gate (airport road) was founded jointly by RSAF and KSU. Under the directorship of Dr. Sami Alhumaidi, it is struggling hard to fortify the defense and security sector with its research and innovation. It is all about the localization of defense industry. However, the lack of Government support as should be and many more bureaucratic hurdles could harm the goals of PSATRI seriously. PSATRI has to long way. It will need full support of the Saudi Government with a good budget and autonomy to grow and expand. It is a need of time to promote many more research centers like PSATRI, interlinked with each other either as parents or or branches embedded in one chain to serve the once purpose which to be independent and self-sufficient in defense sector.
