Looks understaffed, 3 costumers left and it took them almost half an hour to be finished all. They really dont care about costumers waiting for how many minutes to hours. A lot of time wasted to not work related activities. The number dispenser(picture below) provides not in order number. I arrived at 11:22pm and i got #26, to my surprise 10minutes later a man came and got #24 which causes my delay on the line. This branch was more efficient when a filipino was assigned here.
