Very poor surface and the people working there they don’t know how to deal with the customer and they don’t have a guideline or sign for the paperwork. Anyone can give you a different decision and guide you in a wrong way.
I been there on Tuesday to get my Istimara . There was no crowd . Officer was very cooperative . Got the istimara in 8 minutes .
