Fastest way to extend Family Visit Visa. I tried to extend my family’s visit visa through Absher, waited for 3 days but there was no change in the expiry date, so on 4th day I visited the “Visit Affairs division” area. No need to book any appointment through Absher as there a Kiosk Self-service machine located in the “Visit Affairs division” to generate a token. There were 5 services available to choose from it and all of them were in Arabic. I choose the “تمديد تأشيرة الزيارة ” (Visit Visa Extension) and went to the counter with the printout of the Request document which I previously requested from “Messages and documents” along with supporting documents(Visit Visa extension error, Passport copy, Insurance doc, Payment slip). The operator processed the document and informed me it was done. After 5 min when I checked my absher the date was extended for another 90 days. Overall process time was just 10min.

May Allah bless the government and the kingdom. My mother's visit visa wasn't extending on Absher so I visited the visit expetriate service with all the documents (passport copy, visa copy, iqamah, message send through Absher, Absher error message, visit visa details from Absher, medical insurance and paying off fee) and they sorted it out within 1 minute. Alhamdililah!

Anybody who need to renew his family visit visa go to \visit affirs division\ its a small office outside the main building , no need appointment, take your message request form only, this form can be Downloaded from your sent items in abser after you send message with all attachments. Or you can just take only the screenshot of the dependants list page where it has all details like border number visa number etc.

Extremely horrible experience, Especially with the Colonel, (The Director of Expatriate Affairs Department) in the ground floor, I visited them today to explain some procedures for my wife and after a long time of lack of clear information from employees in this passports office, He treated me with the utmost lack of professionalism & Kicked me out of his office for no reason with the utmost rudeness without any guilt of me. Such a person hurt to Saudi Arabia & The Saudi Vision 2030 & He doesn't represent it ever.

Fingerprint for kids age 6 is mandatory. Take copy original of iqama and passport of kids Enter via gate number 5 you will find the fingerprint office. They will take the fingerprint and photo of your kids right away no appointment needed. The officers are well cooperative.

Terrible service, the workers don't care about what you need, they act as if you don't even exist, no clear instructions, you can rarely find a correct help, almost of them mislead you and give wrong information and the easiest thing is to give you instructions to go away for any other office or another passports location!
