I just came back from this branch, less crowded than other branches and good variety of products. I was looking for wood dowels which are difficult to find and they were out of stock. Asked one of the ground floor employees and offered to give me few used old ones free of charge! Couldn’t thank him enough! I wish I got his name, he was a Filipino in the nails and wood section.

1st time in this store today but definitely will be back. Bought a sofa covering and it fits really well. Cushions and new silver grey throw decorate the living room very well. Great customer service. My neighbour has been round tonight and he is going to buy the covers too
