Very slow service only one employe serve the customers, in average 10-15 minutes for each customer. And the supervisor very impolite with the customers and he must get training or avoid him speak with the public.

I came around 3pm during prayer time, after prayer time 3:17pm they said that they will not open again and come back tomorrow. But in their office hours is from 8am-4pm posted in their office doors.

Far away, but efficient system and staff. Be prepared to wait as there is usually congestion. They have enough parking space. They pay almost immediately after completing the documentation process. However, prevention of accidents is better than chasing insurance companies.

Worst insurance company ever. I spend 2 hours there for a claim and the employee have a typo and made me call the customer service many time winch take 30 minuets to respond.
