Note 20 ultra for display replacement they said after 10 days your will be ready but they called me on 6th day that your device is ready kindly pickup from service center !! Appreciated

Not opening the single service center in a 7M population city during the weekend at least to deliver items ready for collection is a big negative point, especially if compared to Apple genius bar & how it was available at every store.

One of the worst services you can get. Lacks quality and unprofessional Employees @ service desk. After I received Samsung Customer Service today, it's clear to me now that why apple is too expensive when compared to Samsung as they include price of their Customer Service when you purchase their products to make sure that customer get the best service. Need to recalculate things and change my Samsung echo system to other Company . Bad

Non professional dealing with customers and appointments. Seems there are difficulties between Samsung's internal communications and organization. But today is the 1st day I found new manager facilitating the customers concerns easily, so I hope this will cover years of unprofessional work.

Not helpful. I purchased Samsung Curved LED from Jarir with Standard stand. I want to purchased another stand so I visit Samsung Service Center to get support but Employees don't have any information about that item and they didn't bother to give any solution.

***Honest review*** I gave my s20 to replace front screen and back glass. After two weeks i called and nothing done to my phone. I tried to escalate and i was ignored then i threat them and they comply and promise to provide me with a full service in 2 days. update:// (Phone was send for service on July 12 & today is Aug 5) Honestly, i expected more of them. It seems after sale service went down through the past 2 years. Definitely this will be my last phone purchase and options are many from android
