Located in city center of Riyadh. Near of several hotels like aloft hotel and holiday inn. Good service. Price also reasonable. Luxury bus with Spacious seat and Entertainment screen.

I used their service once for a family trip to Bahrain. It was very good, despite the driver's bad temper.
Good location and services, but no facilities for waiting passengers, VIPs have to wait on the road. :(
Bus service and cleanliness is very good
Reasonably priced and comfortable journey. The power sockets next to your seats are two pin (round ones). The tv channels are really really bad. Just Saudi stuff. The WiFi on the bus comes and goes so don’t rely on It too much.

Easy to book online but no facility to cancel online. spoke to customer care he said we need to visit any saptco station to cancel. when I went to VIP station near Olaya - Riyadh ( as my ticket was VIP) the representative said I cannot cancel here as I had booked online. again need to go to Aziziya - saptco. finally got cancelled but the behaviour of the staff is simply not acceptable. have to go from this person to other person in information centre. I just request saptco to include online cancellation facility for hassle free cancellation.
Its a nice alternative to flying. Inexpensive, comfortable and convenient. It's takes approximately five hours to Dammam.
