I went there for consultation and cleaning. Dr. Ihsan addressed all my questions. I did not have to wait at all. Receptionists were cheerful. Nursing staff was also very helpful and considerate. And everyone could speak English. I was very with my cleaning results. I recommend. Its a little expensive but they a good job. Pleasant experience overall

While the place is gorgeous and spotlessly clean, and the work of the Dentist himself was excellent, the laboratory provided horrible crowns that did not even fit at all. I was forced to accept poor restoration at the cost of over 60,000 sr. to end up loosing more than 10 teeth due to the faulty crowns. The work of the dentist in his office was 1000x better than what the laboratory provided both by appearance and fit. I am currently required to perform another total restoration and have been informed by three specialist that the failure of crown fit was at fault for the loss of the teeth. The crowns didn't even fit properly in terms of speech or lip support. Totally a waste of time and money and highly resentful for being forced to accept poor quality when I complained before cementation. The dentists need to understand when clients are not happy with something they should listen and hear what is needed.

I moved from Dubai to Riyadh recently. Not knowing where to go, I went to a few dental clinics located near my apartment but they all could not figure out what was causing the pain in my mouth. A friend suggested that I visit this clinic. I took his advice and booked an appointment. The doctor was able to find the cause of my pain on initial check up. I gave the doctor the green light to go ahead and after 20 minutes the pain was gone. My only regret is that i did not visit this clinic sooner. I am very impressed with the service provided by the clinic and the professional staff. Come to think about it, this clinic is much better than the clinic i used to go to in Dubai. I will always come here for all my dental needs as long as i am living in Riyadh.

Booked in for 12:00. Waited 2 hours and 15 minutes for nothing. If the Dr was busy they should have rebooked but kept me waiting for 2 hours. Now I need to find another Dr.

Prices start from 800 riyals for one teeth to 2500 or even 4000 or more. These days huge discount. Must try. Dentist studied in USA so dont worry about your teeth. Even people from Royal family get their teeth done from this clinic.

The first impression is the last impression. If you can’t even bother to reply to a customer via phone or WhatsApp messages, you have non existent customer service, and are therefore aren’t worthy of my business. I inquired about charges for a procedure and they replied back saying it isn’t covered by insurance even though my question was about the charges. So I replied back again saying what the charges were and this time, they didn’t bother replying. I’m happy I didn’t take the time to visit a clinic that cares so much about potential patients. Thanks for nothing!
