I would have preferred giving zero stars, but there is no such option, forcing me to give 1 star Returned an item almost two months ago, for repair. They took more than 14 business working days to repair it.. And as per Souq policy if it is more than 14 business working days, then they are fully committed to refund the complete amount to me.. But they shipped the item after 14 business working days and forced me to accept the item.. I rejected the item and again demanded for the refund... . Instead of refunding my money, they again shipped the item...Since one month I've been trying to get my money back, but there are only false empty promises! Very worst business practice! Customers beware

i will give 5 star if my problem solve? i order on 9/10/2017 2 items 1. bluetooth speaker 159.58 riyals and 2. sport running armband 22 riyals wort of 247.59riyals including charge, using my credit card SOUQ was deducted on my credit card 247.59riyals but my item still on the cart kindly check the photo my credit card deducted.

I ordered an oil heater and expected it to be delivered to my house and instead I received a msg from SMSA to pick it up 30 km away I was extremely disappointed as in the usa if you order a pencil it will be delivered to your home as promised I called customer service and and they promised that they would have it delivered to my home. Unfortunately I just Received an email from them stating that since my shipment was not picked up it was returned in other words the delivery service and customer service are not performing as in accordance to standards of amazon. We need a contact email at the senior executive level to make them aware of such serious operational inefficiency

I ordered casio watch last november 26 but he deliver to me last november 30 is Q&Q watch it’s a wrong item and now no update for my returned item. And i’ll pay already the item and I’ll call many times for customer service and i’ll email but until now no response so i give zero star
