The coaches are very nice and cooperative, I was with them last year and I registered again, I noticed the differences the classes became more organized and cleaner. Thanks coach Yamanda for the distinguished management.

Facilities are really good, however, a few major flaws in the services being provided at Spectrum. 1. No swimming pool. 2. Prices are expensive exclusive of VAT. 3. OVER CROWDED! 4. Saturday timings are too short. 5. Trainer's are available only in mornings, a whole segment of working ladies is forgotten by the management! A few good points include: 1. Reception is helpful and speaks English. 2. Lockers are included for free in the price. 3. Environment is quite good with neatness and cleanliness getting 4 stars!

النادي غير منظم، المدربة يمكن ان تعاملك معاملة سيئة جداً، لايوجد محاسبة جادة، رغم ان تعامل الادارة لطيف لكن غير حازم. There is a trainer she uses the training room out of the classes time and asks who ever is training to leave just because she decided to use the room. The gym administrators apologized & promised to deal with the instructor and will put a sign on the training room to clarify ((it's a member's right to use the room when it's not during classes hours))though not sure what procedures will be taken to such a behavior with the instructor herself! I just saw her the next day so I assume the matter is not well dealt with. It's a shame and absolutely not recommend the place you would find more professional gyms at exit 5 .
